Job Summary
Hub Associate responsible for unloading and sorting freight in a cross-dock facility. Duties include receiving inbound freight from linehaul trucks, classifying freight, palletizing, scanning packages to confirm receipt, moving packages to scan locations, inspecting packaging for defects, following safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Night-shift position (12:00am–5:00am) with on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement through Watco University.
Required Qualifications
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to use a scanner
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in inventory software, database, and systems
- Good organizational and time management skills
