Job Summary
Perform quality control and assurance activities, including inspections and testing, to ensure product compliance with established standards and procedures. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations. Participate in the development and update of quality standards and documentation. Provide guidance and support to junior quality analysts and technicians. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Assist in root cause analysis and investigations of non-conformities. Maintain and update quality records and reports. Monitor the implementation of quality assurance procedures and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in security, risk, and compliance
- Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) a plus
