HU LCL/FCL Operations Agent

Manage end-to-end customer experience for LCL/FCL import and export by supervising bookings, providing quotations, handling entries, and completing Bills of Lading and sea freight documents. Monitor performance through KPIs with focus on Quality and Finops, supervise carrier booking transactions, and follow billing processes. Maintain relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin, customers, and vendors while resolving customer queries in Hungarian and English. Process data and generate reports to ensure costs and incomes are captured accurately in systems. This fixed-term role in Budapest requires strong communication skills, financial understanding, and detail orientation.
