Operate the HTST pasteurization system in a milk-processing facility, monitoring and controlling production and scheduling, CIP coordination, and chocolate batching; identify process issues or deviations and escalate as needed; maintain cleanliness and safety, follow PMO standards, utilize computers and HMI systems, and participate in safety trainings; work Monday–Friday on the 10:00pm–6:30am shift with night differential and competitive benefits.
