Job Summary
Oversee hotel operations for HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales; recruit, hire, train and lead a team; coach and motivate staff; ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company requirements; control costs and manage budgeting, labor forecasting and overall profit and loss; manage inventory and procurement within budget; handle scheduling, labor reporting, night audit, payroll and respond to guest reviews; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience, preferably in extended stay hotels, restaurant or retail management
- self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
- understanding Profit and Loss statements and budgeting experience preferred
- ability and drive to lead a team and have the attitude for success
