Job Summary
General Manager for HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof overseeing hotel operations in Springfield, OR. Responsible for managing Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales; recruit, hire, train, and lead staff; coach and motivate employees; ensure compliance with Federal, State, local and company requirements; control costs to meet budget and maximize profit; manage inventory and purchasing; oversee administrative functions (scheduling, labor reporting, night audit verification, payroll, guest reviews).
