HTO-4 - HTO - Leasing Specialist

Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into executed leases while processing applications and preparing lease documentation. Maintain accurate leasing records, support marketing initiatives, and assist with move-in and renewal processes. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies while promoting resident retention and community engagement. Meet monthly leasing and occupancy goals, maintain required lead-to-lease conversion standards, and ensure timely CRM documentation. Work in person at the assigned residential community, frequently walking the property and climbing stairs, with a full-time, non-exempt hourly schedule.
