Job Summary
Maintain, calibrate, and repair biomedical, laboratory, research, and patient care systems in alignment with the Mayo Clinic Medical Equipment Management Plan. Prioritize service calls received via leadership, support specialists, or the CMMS dashboard, responding rapidly to emergent customer requests. Operate mid-complexity equipment including bedside monitors, defibrillators, liquid handling automation, and histology stainers while adhering to all Mayo policies and procedures. Travel to other Mayo Clinic sites and complete applicable vendor training as needed. On-call and overtime may be required. This role supports Mayo's mission through continuous mastery of increasingly complex equipment and requires strong customer-focused communication skills.
