Job Summary
HT Station Technician role within Mandarin Oriental, Sanya's Engineering team. Responsible for supervising and assisting the supervisors and technicians, ensuring work complies with specifications, preparing daily engineering reports, inspecting engineering/mechanical fittings, and maintaining daily logs of plant/utility meter readings. Duties include executing preventive maintenance and repairs per manufacturer recommendations, handling emergencies per procedures, and operating electrical power distribution and lighting systems. The role supports guest and in-house colleagues, coordinates with the Director/Chief Engineer, attends on-the-job training, and contributes to energy-conservation efforts. Requires valid electrician license, 1-2 years’ relevant experience, shift work, and strong communication skills.
