Job Summary
The Program Manager will oversee the HSSP ODR Project-Based Buildings, ensuring high-quality clinical services reach justice-involved individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing, and will supervise direct practice clinicians as needed. Responsible for administrative oversight, contract/billing reporting to funders, and ensuring staff documentation and data collection are complete and compliant. Provides individual and team clinical supervision, participates in recruitment and staff evaluations, collaborates with Quality Assurance on staff orientation and audits, and maintains knowledge of community resources to support clients. Manages caseloads (up to 10 where applicable), provides intern supervision, supports crisis interventions, and participates in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies. Requires the ability to travel between local sites within the Los Angeles area and operate in a combination of field and office environments.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited university
- Valid registration or licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Experience providing administrative and clinical supervision
- Strong training, project management, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed services, housing first and harm reduction methodologies
