HSSP Program Manager ODR - San Fernando Valley

The Program Manager will oversee the HSSP ODR Project-Based Buildings, ensuring the delivery of field-based clinical services to justice-involved individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing, provide administrative and clinical supervision to direct practice clinicians, and manage operations to meet contract, funder, and agency standards. Responsibilities include monitoring administrative aspects and billing, completing funder reporting, ensuring accurate clinical documentation, supervising clinicians, providing wraparound services coordination with the ODR ICMS Team, contributing to recruitment, training, QA, and ensuring adherence to funding contracts and performance standards. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of community resources, representing the agency in partner meetings, managing a caseload (up to 10), training interns, and supporting crisis management and after-hours emergency responses.
