HSSP Clinician - Hifi Collective

The Housing Supportive Services Program (HSSP) Clinician conducts psychotherapy with adults who have severe mental illness or serious emotional disturbance, in office, members’ homes, or field settings, to engage members and coordinate mental health and recovery services that promote housing stability and community integration. Responsibilities include providing individual, family and group psychotherapy; developing and updating individual service plans; coordinating mental health and recovery services; assisting with program evaluation and growth; helping members engage in daily activities and socialization; maintaining accurate member files; participating in weekly staff meetings, supervision, and trainings; and assisting in crisis interventions and after-hours coverage. The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, harm-reduction approaches, psycho-social rehabilitation, and adherence to the agency’s model. Requires Master’s degree, CA licensure/registration, and ability to drive; travel to field sites may be required. Employment is full-time, non-exempt, and non-management. Location is in Los Angeles, CA with a hybrid on-site/field work arrangement.
