Job Summary
Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy with adults experiencing severe mental illness in the office, members' homes, or the field. Engage members to coordinate mental health and recovery services that ensure housing stability and community integration. Collaborate to develop and update individual service plans while maintaining accurate member files with all required documents. Assist in crisis interventions and participate in weekly staff meetings, group clinical supervision, and program evaluations. Provide direct therapeutic and case management services to foster independence and physical and mental health improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field of study from an accredited university
- Valid registration or licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Current, valid California Driver's with an acceptable driving record and reliable vehicle
- Able to transport members in your personal vehicle
- Outstanding clinical and strong team-building skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills
- 100% in person by JD
