Job Summary
Provide individual and group clinical supervision to unlicensed clinical staff in adherence with BBS and Medi-Cal requirements. Review clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure compliance with state standards. Assist supervisees in achieving productivity goals while overseeing effective referrals to social services providers. Monitor program enrollment and deliver services across multiple housing sites, including Santos Plaza and King 1101 Apartments. Lead crisis assessments and participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high clinical outcomes. Assist the Program Director in distributing caseloads, developing staff training needs, and completing required reporting to LA County Department of Mental Health. Maintain accurate databases and ensure all member paperwork is current.
Required Qualifications
- Active, current license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC registered with the CA BBS
- Minimum two (2) years' experience working with those living with mental illness and/or substance addictions, and homelessness post-licensure
- Strong working knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation and requirements
- Valid CA Driver's license, reliable car, auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record
- Outstanding clinical and strong team-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and database applications
- Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Able to learn quickly and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies and with minimal supervision
- Able to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification
Desired Qualifications
- DMH experience, psychiatric crisis assessment and response, field-based provider experience
- Bilingual Spanish
- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed
