HSSE Supervisor

Job Summary
Manage health, safety, and environment matters, while monitoring and assisting managers with Risk Assessment controls. Oversee the implementation and verification of safety requirements, ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental legislation. Conduct audits, internal and external investigations, and develop safety culture initiatives. Must have experience in 3PL logistics and understanding of ISO standards. Verbal and written communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years' professional working experience in HSSE
- 2-3 years' direct experience in 3PL companies / Warehouse
- Fluent English
- Native Vietnamese
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, ISO 39001
- Knowledge of Security Standards (C-TPAT & TAPA)
- Experience in conducting both internal and external audits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously under pressure
