Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of a company-wide HSQE framework across UK and Ireland, ensuring compliance with UK/Irish legislation and safe systems of work. Drive governance, risk management (RAMS and incident investigations), and continuous improvement across multi-site operations, including installation, service delivery, and logistics. Establish and maintain ISO-aligned management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), develop HSQE reporting and KPIs, and partner with operational leaders to embed best practices. Oversee environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives, audits, and contractor/vendor management, shaping a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture. Requires NEBOSH Diploma (or Level 6) with deep knowledge of UK H&S legislation and proven senior HSQE leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 Health & Safety qualification)
- Proven experience in a senior HSQE, HSE, or SHEQ leadership role
- Experience developing, maintaining, or auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
