Job Summary
Support the HSPD-12 program across 60+ physical locations by serving as the primary technical point of contact for system operations, logistics, and SmartID card enrollments. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain pre-deployed systems, and manage USAccess site configurations and activations. Deliver presentations, train team members on administrative procedures, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure IT governance and software configuration compliance. Ship equipment to the field as needed and perform inventory calls. Requires 1-2 years of IT support experience, an active Public Trust clearance, and a U.S. citizen status.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years IT support experience focusing on end-user software support, database management, software deployment, software and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have an Active Public Trust clearance OR the ability to obtain one
- Two years of college education
- Able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of clients and team members
- Able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Display organizational skills
- Effective communication through frequent periods of talking and listening
