Conduct pre-preparation of meal components for staff and patients, including hygiene and cutting of vegetables and fruits. Prepare desserts, juices, coffees, and coffee breaks, while distributing meals to staff. Collect samples and temperatures from food preparations, and weigh and record waste ingestion, clean leftovers, and solid residues. Hygienize utensils, dishes, and the environment, ensuring their conservation. Participate in leadership training regarding Sanitary Vigilance and institutional norms. Obtain updated proof of COVID-19 vaccination (minimum one dose plus bivalent in the last year).
