Job Summary
Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met; verify rooms are properly stocked with linens, amenities, and guest supplies; ensure rooms are ready for arrival according to resort standards; identify housekeeping deficiencies and coordinate corrections as needed; report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and operational issues to the appropriate departments; coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Engineering teams to ensure rooms are available on schedule; monitor room status and communicate updates throughout the day; assist with special projects and deep-cleaning inspections as assigned; assist in resolving guest concerns related to room cleanliness or condition; document inspection findings and recurring issues; prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to housekeeping leadership; ensure compliance with resort cleanliness, safety, and operational standards; monitor inventory levels of linens, amenities, and housekeeping supplies; report supply needs to prevent shortages; follow all resort safety, security, and housekeeping procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify cleanliness and maintenance concerns
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity throughout the shift
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
