Job Summary
Housekeeping Inspector: leads housekeeping staff, inspects guest rooms, corridors and public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety and quality standards. Supervises room attendants, coordinates with Engineering for maintenance, delivers exceptional customer service, responds to complaints, communicates clearly with staff, and can perform guest room cleaning duties if needed. Requires English proficiency, leadership ability, and experience managing hourly employees in a hotel setting. Wage is $29 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Housekeeping experience
- Able to communicate in English
- Demonstrate natural leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred
- Schedule flexibility including holidays and weekends
