Job Summary
Lead and manage health, safety, environmental and security programs for a manufacturing facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement of safety culture. Responsibilities include managing health initiatives, accident investigations, safety policy and procedures, emergency response planning, environmental compliance (air, water, waste programs), hazardous waste handling, security system oversight, and contributing to the Knowlton Technologies/ Eastman Quality Management System under IATF 16949. Requires a Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental or related engineering field, 5-10 years of manufacturing managerial experience, and preference for Certified Safety Professional; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
