Job Summary
Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, and ACC requirements. Manage controlled documents, training packages, risk registers, and HSEQ records while supporting internal and external audits. Analyze HSEQ data to identify trends, develop dashboards, KPIs, and monthly performance reports for leadership. Utilize AI, automation, and analytics tools to optimize reporting and strengthen risk-based decision-making. Promote practical, user-friendly systems that support continuous improvement across processes.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualification or experience in HSEQ, environmental management, quality, business systems, or data analytics
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, and ACC Accredited Employer Programme requirements
- Experience managing HSEQ systems, compliance processes, or quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Experience preparing reports and insights for senior stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with digital HSEQ systems (Damstra/Ideagen or Eco Portal experience desirable)
- Understanding of AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve business processes and training
