HSEQ Manager

HSEQ Manager responsible for reinforcing and driving the HSEQ strategy for Fulton Hogan Utilities’ water infrastructure projects. You’ll provide HSEQ leadership, ensure compliance with legislative, client and internal management system requirements, manage a high-functioning HSEQ team, and streamline systems to meet program risk profiles and client expectations. You will liaise with client HSEQ personnel, lead critical investigations, oversee incident management, and contribute to risk management across the organization. The role requires relevant HSEQ qualifications, audit lead credentials, and strong reporting, presentations, and client-facing capabilities, with emphasis on leadership, coaching and fostering relationships at all levels. The position supports a culture of safety and continuous improvement aligned with Fulton Hogan’s values, and is based in Fortitude Valley, Australia, with the opportunity to contribute to community-focused infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
