Job Summary
Drive a strong safety culture by delivering behavioural safety programs and coaching site teams across remote locations. Ensure consistent application of HSEQ systems and compliance with WHS, ISO, client, and company standards while leading risk assessments, audits, and critical control processes. Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, acting as the key HSEQ contact for clients, site leadership, and service partners. Lead HSEQ requirements for new site mobilisations, deliver workforce training, and monitor performance trends to support leadership insights. This permanent, full-time role in Perth requires weekly travel to support operational demands and mobilisation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HSE/HSEQ role
- Ideally in remote or resource environments
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation
- ISO standards
