HSEQ Compliance Manager

Lead and manage HSEQ performance for the EA3 windfarm during readiness, transition to operations and O&M; establish and maintain the site HSEQ management system, providing professional guidance on regulatory compliance, risk management, contractor performance and continuous improvement; ensure HSEQ standards align with UK regulations, company policies and ISO standards; oversee contractor performance, incident investigation, KPI reporting, hazard identification and risk analysis; provide HSEQ leadership onshore and offshore, support SIMOPS during construction and O&M integration; ensure compliance with Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR), High Voltage Safety Rules (HVSR) and engage with regulators and external stakeholders; undertake offshore visits on SOV/CTV vessels and maintain robust documentation and audits across QA, HSEQ and compliance.
