Job Summary
The HSE Supervisor will ensure compliance with HSE standards, conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks. The role involves monitoring and reporting on safety conditions, leading emergency response drills, and promoting a proactive safety culture. Collaboration with site teams to enforce safety practices and maintenance of HSE documentation as per regulatory and company standards are key responsibilities. Applicants must have relevant certifications and extensive experience in HSE operations, particularly in oil & gas, with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
Required Qualifications
- HSE Supervisor experience with SAWCOD approval
- NEBOSH certification (3 years and more)
- 5 years of HSE experience in oil & gas industry
- Valid residence visa (Iqama) with a safety-related profession
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC region preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in high-risk environments
- Proficiency in English
