HSE Supervisor

Ensure all activities on Saipem offshore vessels and rigs comply with HSE standards, local legislation, and ISO 14001/45001 requirements. Provide specialist advice to the Vessel Management Team on HSE procedures, Life Saving Rules, and Risk Management processes. Support workforce HSE Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis while delivering training and coordinating HSE Officers. Lead accident and incident investigations, monitor corrective actions, and ensure accurate HSE data reporting. Liaise with HSE divisions, operating companies, and project teams to maintain full compliance. This role supports the development and improvement of the site HSE Management System across various offshore vessels worldwide. Candidates will work in a 35/35 work/leave rotation with 12-hour days, 7 days a week, starting TBC and renewable through December 2026.
