HSE Supervisor

HSE Supervisor to lead safety, health and environmental programs at BIC World site in Bizerte, Tunisia. Responsibilities include advising management on risk evaluation and safety policy, reducing environmental impact of industrial activity, ensuring HSE considerations across departments, monitoring regulatory and stakeholder requirements, updating occupational risk assessments and environmental analyses, establishing prevention programs to reduce incidents, implementing the site’s HSE management system, raising awareness and training employees, implementing HSE communication actions, coordinating site emergency readiness with maintenance for fire risks, maintaining accident registers with HR, analyzing causes of incidents, and performing routine inspections and compliance audits across production workshops. Requires Superior Technician/ Master/ Engineer or equivalent with knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, internal audits (ISO 19011), and quality tools (PDCA, QRQC, 5M/5S/5Why). Five years of manufacturing experience; strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities; equal opportunity employer.
