HSE Specialist

HSE Specialist I is an entry-level safety position. It is a field-based role supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Responsibilities include assisting in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. The role contributes to planning, audits, and safety initiatives to align with company and regulatory standards, participates in pre-task planning and job site safety meetings, helps develop and review job hazard analyses, supports incident investigations, and maintains required HSE reports and documentation. The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong verbal/written communication, organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and travel up to 25%. You bring a 4-year related degree or equivalent experience, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, STS-C, and the ability to spend most of your time on active construction sites.
