Job Summary
HSE Specialist I at RMS Cranes, LLC. responsible for promoting Safety First at the job site, delivering safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with state and federal safety/environmental policies. Duties include communicating safety policies to customers and RMS personnel, conducting field audits for crane setup, logging audits and incidents into Ideagen, verifying rigging and lift techniques, auditing credentials and inspections, monitoring vehicle and equipment condition, conducting crane operator and rigging assessments, investigating near misses and incidents, interpreting load charts, and performing other assigned safety-related tasks. Preferred candidates have OSHA 30 for Construction, OSHA 510, and a Health and Safety-related degree (AAS/BS), with strong organizational and communication skills; bilingual capability preferred.
