Job Summary
Safety Specialist to implement and improve workplace health and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable requirements. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, risk assessment and hazard control, incident management, training and safety culture, inspections and monitoring, and environmental/industrial hygiene support. Role supports injury prevention, regulatory compliance, and a proactive safety culture across all operational areas. Alternating shift schedules may include evenings and weekends. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH & CHINESE (MANDARIN).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- OSHA 500/501 or
- 2–5 years of safety experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, or similar environment
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Experience conducting incident investigations and safety audits
- Strong communication and training skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
