HSE Specialist - Dublin (must live Local)

Job Summary
Lead strategic initiatives to improve HSE performance across the workforce by coordinating actions, delivering training, and assessing infrastructure improvements. Proactively engage business teams to foster a positive safety culture while providing data-driven insights to leadership for consistent standards. Support root cause analysis for accidents and hazards to achieve zero harm milestones and successful audits. Reduce accident frequency rates and ensure compliance with 45001 and 14001 standards through continuous improvement projects. Requires a full Irish driving license for regional travel including Cork, with an annual salary up to €70,000k plus bonus, company car, and 25 days annual leave.
Required Qualifications
- Full Irish Driving License
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HSE-related role within the construction industry
- Level 8 or above qualification in Health and Safety or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a HSE related role and in the construction industry
- IOSH managing safely
- Knowledge of 45001 and 14001 standards and their requirements
- Must live Local (Donabate, Dublin)
- Must be available for travel throughout the region
- Must be available for occasional overnight stays at different locations, including periods spent in Cork
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
