HSE Specialist

HSE Specialist responsible for monitoring field construction activities to ensure conformance with client and company safety procedures and regulatory compliance. Key duties include conducting safety audits, leading safety training and toolbox talks, performing job hazard analyses, investigating incidents (Apollo root cause analysis), updating safety procedures, maintaining safety records (SDS, PADS), conducting UA testing and pre-employment screening, and coordinating with management and field supervisors to foster a strong safety culture. Requires experience supporting large-scale commissioning projects, 5 years of related safety experience, NSTC, OSHA 30, H2S certification, and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work a rotational schedule in remote North Slope, Alaska locations with on-site presence. Proficiency in OSHA requirements, incident reporting, data analysis, and strong communication skills are essential.
