Job Summary
The HSE Specialist at Crusoe will support the manufacturing facility by assessing risks, developing and implementing HSE processes, monitoring compliance with regulations, and facilitating incident investigations. The role necessitates a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, ideally with a focus on manufacturing, and requires strong technical knowledge of HSE regulations. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. The position is classified as safety-sensitive, requiring drug and alcohol program participation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Technical knowledge of various HSE rules and regulations at both Federal and State levels
- Proven hands-on implementation of HSE rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in both MS Office Suite and Google Suite
- Legal work status in the US without requiring sponsorship
- Must pass drug and alcohol program participation and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, or OHST.
- Experience supporting HSE programs in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
- Experience with electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) or heavy industrial operations.
