HSE Service Chile

Implement and manage the Nordex Integrated Management System for the Service area, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards across Nordex and subcontractors. Enforce the HSE (360) plan requirements for all personnel and subcontractors while collaborating with the Site Lead to verify the efficacy of preventive measures and incorporate necessary corrective actions. Lead accident and incident investigations, manage ACPs, non-conformities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as the primary client liaison for safety and environmental matters, ensuring adherence to local MA directives and customer standards. Requires a Risk Prevention Engineer or Technician with 5+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in wind park operations, and full availability for travel.
