Job Summary
Lead the development and implementation of project-wide HSE plans and systems across major residential construction sites in Saudi Arabia. Ensure full compliance with local regulatory bodies and international standards like ISO 45001 while overseeing risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs to enforce safety standards, investigate incidents, and deliver training programs. Manage HSE reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership, coordinating with contractors and consultants to promote a proactive safety culture. Requires 10+ years of HSE experience with 5+ years in senior project management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in HSE
- at least 5 years in senior/project management roles
- Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC/IDIP, OSHA, IOSH)
- Proven experience in residential and hospitality construction projects
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and construction safety practices
- Experience managing multi-site or large-scale projects
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Fluent in English
