Job Summary
As a HSE Safety Coordinator, you will develop and execute comprehensive compliance programs tailored to different companies, serve as a resource for compliance questions, and promote a safe and healthy work environment. Responsibilities include auditing the work of HSE Coordinators and ensuring safety across construction projects while demonstrating strong attention to detail and communication skills. The role requires 5+ years of construction safety experience, 2+ years of construction safety management, and OSHA 500 certification. Frequent national travel, nearly 75%, is required, along with the ability to commit to long-term onsite projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within a construction safety role
- 2+ years of experience with construction safety management
- OSHA 500 certification
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with the Army Corp of Engineers and/or on municipal projects
- MSHA experience
