Job Summary
Mentor and enforce HSE requirements across the Delaware Basin; develop and deliver safety training such as New Hire Orientation, H2S Safety, CPR/First Aid, Field Training for Safety Programs, OSHA-10, and LOTO; inspect and evaluate worksites for compliance with safety standards and regulations; investigate incidents and advise corrective actions; working knowledge of ISNetworld; travel and on-call availability required; background in upstream oil and gas processes; 4-year degree in Environmental/OHS or related field or Certified Safety Professional in lieu thereof.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety or other science field
- Certified Safety Professional or equivalent certification required in lieu of a 4-year degree
- Knowledge of ISNetworld
- Willingness to travel and on-call
- Experience in upstream oil and gas processes
- OSHA-10
- LOTO
- H2S Safety
- CPR/First Aid
- Field Training for Company Safety Programs
- Smith Driving Instruction
- Blow Out Prevention (preferred)
