Job Summary
HSE Representative responsible for mentoring and enforcing health, safety and environmental requirements across the Delaware Basin; collaborates with Operations Management to improve district safety performance and ensure a healthy, safe work environment. Requires demonstrated HSE oil field worksite experience and core competency in occupational health and safety and OSHA requirements, plus experience in safety reporting programs. Key duties include facilitating training (New Hire Orientation, H2S Safety, CPR/First Aid, Field Training for Company Safety Programs, Smith Driving Instruction, OSHA-10, LOTO, Blow Out Prevention), inspecting and evaluating worksites for compliance with safety standards and government regulations, investigating incidents and advising corrective action, maintaining ISNetworld knowledge, and willingness to travel and be on call. Knowledge of upstream oil and gas processes and ability to perform other duties as assigned. Candidates should possess a 4-year degree in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety or related science field; Certified Safety Professional or equivalent certification required in lieu of the degree.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to travel and on-call assignments are a must
- Working knowledge of ISNetworld
- Working knowledge of upstream oil and gas processes
- HSE oil field worksite experience preferred
