Job Summary
HSE Officer on the NEOM project in Tabuk, responsible for enforcing site safety protocols, conducting inspections, delivering inductions and safety training to contractors, reviewing JSAs and Method Statements, maintaining HSE logs and performance metrics, and assisting incident investigations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field and at least 2 years of field HSE experience; must be Saudi National with fluency in Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience as an HSE Officer on a mega-project
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards, risk assessment methodologies, and emergency response procedures
