Job Summary
Monitor daily construction activities for HSE compliance and conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions. Ensure contractor compliance with approved HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments while monitoring toolbox talks, permits, and safe work practices. Support incident reporting and investigations, follow up on corrective and preventive actions, and participate in HSE meetings, audits, and awareness activities. Prepare HSE observations, inspection reports, and daily/weekly reports, escalating significant risks to the HSE Manager. This role supports JASARA's delivery of major mixed-use, residential, and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia's Central, Western, Eastern, and Southern regions under an upcoming framework agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction supervision or major civil engineering projects
- Experience working directly with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives on site
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures and site safety requirements
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma or BSc in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant HSE experience
- Good knowledge of risk assessments
- NEBOSH IGC
- IOSH
- First Aid / CPR
