Job Summary
Lead and develop a strong HSE, sustainability, and compliance culture across Nordic operations; implement and monitor HSE programs, processes, and ways of working across sites and the region; conduct risk assessments, incident management, and preventive actions to reduce injuries and risks; support interactions with authorities and audits; ensure HSE training and awareness programs are delivered and followed up; collaborate with operational leaders, HR, and Quality; fluent in English and Swedish (Finnish advantageous); willingness to travel within the Nordic region; permanent full-time position based in Piteå, Sweden with a 6-month trial period.
