Job Summary
Build and format safety manuals, forms, and training materials in Microsoft Word and Excel. Organize and maintain client data across WorkHub, QuickBooks, ComplyWorks, ISNetworld, and other safety registry systems. Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email to assist with audit preparation and coordinate onboarding and safety program updates. Prepare quotes, invoices, and statements while assisting with retail safety store functions including product knowledge, ordering, and point-of-sale transactions. Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems and participate in company meetings. This role supports a locally owned safety consulting firm providing management, manual development, and training across Western Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office and HSE experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (formatting, tables, TOCs, and templates)
- Strong comfort level with databases, online systems, and digital platforms
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Secondary School
- Advanced Microsoft Office: 4 years
- English
- reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
