Job Summary
The HSE Natural Gas Specialist ensures safety in Frac operations through compliance monitoring, training, and incident investigation, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of safety experience in the natural gas sector while adhering to OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry safety standards
- Experience using contractor management platforms (ISNetworld or similar)
- Must have experience with Natural Gas work and Frac work
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct safety meetings, tailgates, and formal training sessions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and report writing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to pass drug test and background (criminal and MVR) checks
- Willingness to travel frequently to active job sites
