HSE Manager - UZ Island- Brownfield - Offshore Water Injection Project

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Management Plan for the offshore brownfield water injection project on UZ Island. Lead project risk assessments, HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, and JSA studies while monitoring construction, installation, commissioning, and modification activities. Manage Permit-to-Work processes, conduct regular inspections and audits, and oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses. Monitor contractor performance, prepare HSE performance reports, and ensure emergency preparedness drills are conducted. Interface with client representatives, regulatory authorities, and project management teams. Requires 20-25+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas, including offshore EPC and brownfield work. Relocation to Spain office followed by return to Abu Dhabi is required.
