Job Summary
Implement the project HSSE Plan and ensure all construction activities comply with DSCO, SJ, Indonesian regulations, and international practices. Lead daily coordination meetings, pre-start briefings, toolbox talks, and high-risk activity reviews. Review and monitor permit-to-work implementation for energized electrical work, lockout/tagout, hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, and work at height. Evaluate contractors' risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response arrangements before work starts. This role is embedded with the Construction Manager and technical leads to support data center construction in high-density environments.
