HSE Manager

Job Summary
Define HSE priorities for assigned sites and collaborate with Site Leaders to drive continuous improvement across multiple locations. Manage direct reports to ensure succession planning and resource alignment with regional objectives. Develop proactive safety systems, policies, and campaigns while leading training programs based on incident data and regulatory trends. Review incident investigations to validate corrective actions and ensure timely completion of all HSE reporting, including customer prequalification forms. Coordinate energy, water, and emissions reduction projects, presenting business cases for capital expenditures. Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards while supporting customer HSE requirements and contractor database management. Requires 5–7 years of HSE experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and 30% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5 to 7 years HSE experience
- strong working knowledge of HSE regulations and requirements
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 HSE management systems
- Preference given to experience in implementing an integrated HSE management system
