Job Summary
Develop and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and programs across construction sites. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to ensure compliance with construction safety and environmental regulations. Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions while liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation and reporting systems to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Requires 7+ years of experience in HSE roles within construction or engineering, including proven expertise in policy development, regulatory liaison, and incident investigation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures on construction sites
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, environmental standards, and statutory compliance
- Experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Ability to lead site safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Experience working closely with project, site, and subcontractor teams to ensure compliance
- Strong reporting, documentation, and regulatory liaison skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and enforcement abilities
- Relevant qualification in HSE, Engineering, or a related field

- Professional certification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, OSHA)
