Job Summary
Lead the overall HSE function for the project, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards across all construction activities. Manage the project HSE team, oversee the implementation of the HSE management system, and monitor Contractor compliance. Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and performance reviews to identify risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures. Lead investigations of incidents, recommend corrective actions, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports. Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, and project stakeholders on HSE matters to promote a strong safety culture. This role is part of an upcoming framework agreement for Construction Supervision opportunities across Saudi Arabia, with potential locations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah-Madinah, Khobar-Dammam, and Aseer-Jazan-Najran.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- 2+ years of experience, preferably on major construction/infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years previous experience as an HSE Manager or equivalent senior HSE role
- Strong experience in construction supervision and Contractor HSE management
- Strong knowledge of relevant HSE legislation, standards, and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
