HSE Manager

HSE Manager responsible for the overall management and direction of Health, Safety and Environment at the site. Sets the site HSE vision, ensures audit-ready compliance with company and governmental standards, develops and deploys HSE standards, manages environmental permits (Air, Stormwater, Water, Spill Control, Wastewater), and ensures DOT-compliant shipments of hazardous materials. Leads risk assessment processes, incident investigations, and corrective actions to reduce associate risk. Provides training and coaching to site associates, collaborates with Occupation Health and Wellness, and supports the Mars Global Security Program. Role requires leadership in safety and environmental programs within a manufacturing environment, strong regulatory knowledge (EPA, OSHA, DOT), hazard recognition, job hazard analysis, process hazards analysis, and knowledge of GMP is a plus. Expect best-in-class program deployment, continuous improvement, and leadership of site-wide HSE initiatives in a large manufacturing setting.
